HR and Payroll Administrator
30 hours per week - all year - Office based
Pangbourne College requires a HR and Payroll Administrator to join the HR Team. To support the HR Manager and HR Advisor in ensuring that the HR Function provides a professional service to the College. Supporting the recruitment life cycle ensuring that the staff journey from onboarding to offboarding is in line with college policy, statutory compliance and best practice. You will also manage the payroll system.
You must possess an outgoing, positive attitude and the desire to build relationships with a range of people. With strong administration skills, you will understand the importance of good planning, organisation and execution in a fast paced environment. Experience of Google Suite, MiS (ISAMS) and HR and Payroll systems (Moorepay) would be advantageous.

Senior Groundsperson

Pangbourne College is seeking an experienced and dependable Senior Groundsperson to lead our Grounds Department. Working within our 230 acres of outstanding natural beauty, you will maintain and develop our grounds, sports pitches and landscaped areas. Ensuring the best possible environment for our students and staff.
You must possess an outgoing, positive attitude. Taking pride in the grounds you help to create. You will play a vital role in planning and executing a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks, preparing sports pitches and managing seasonal projects. As the Senior Groundsperson you will provide guidance and support to colleagues whilst ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your leadership and experience will be essential in preserving the beauty and functionality of our campus.
