SSI and Head of Adventure
Term time plus 6 weeks (40 weeks)
Pangbourne College is seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly organised and experienced individual to serve as the School Staff Instructor (SSI) and Head of Adventure. This dual role is pivotal to the school’s Combined Cadet Force (CCF) programme and the broader delivery of our outdoor education and adventurous activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping character, leadership, and resilience in pupils through structured military training and enriching outdoor experiences.
The site includes a large adventure training space with Bushcraft, High Ropes, Low Ropes and Assault Course. We also have our own Paddle Boards & Kayaks, and access to the river and nearby lake.
