Pangbourne College offers extensive experience in large scale lettings and corporate hire, providing a well established and professional environment for educational organisations, summer schools, training providers and businesses. Each year, our campus is home to a wide range of external programmes with lettings representing a significant and carefully managed part of the College’s annual activity.
During school holidays and designated periods, we offer accommodation and facilities including:

Larger events are well suited to Drake Hall, which offers generous capacity and flexible staging, while smaller meetings and breakout sessions can be accommodated in our more intimate rooms, including The Hudson Room and Devitt Dining Room.
We work closely with each organisation to ensure facilities are configured appropriately, supported by our on-site teams and, where required, our in-house catering provision.

- Floodlit astro turf pitch (available as a whole or in thirds)
- Sports Hall suitable for training, matches and group activities
These facilities are ideal for clubs, schools and community organisations looking for a high-quality sports provision in a well-maintained setting.

The astro turf pitch is available for booking as a whole or in thirds at a cost of £60.00 per third per hour.

The Sports Hall can be booked as a whole at a cost of £60.00 per hour.
With it's combination of historic buildings, open countryside, playing fields and woodland, Pangbourne College offers a versatile and attractive filming location.
We welcome enquiries from film, television and media production companies and are happy to work with location managers to accommodate a wide range of requirements, from short shoots to longer-term projects, subject to the needs of the College.
