Calling all Primary and Prep Schools!
We would like to invite you to our Orchestral Fun Day on Thursday 8 February 2024.
Pupils will enjoy an exciting day of specialist workshops and rehearsals, followed by a mass-rehearsal and the opportunity to perform as part of a large orchestra at the end of the day in the Falkland Islands Memorial Chapel here at the College, which parents can be invited to.
The day will begin with registration in our Music Department at 09:45 and will end with a concert performance in Chapel at 15:00.
Staff are welcome to participate in the workshop alongside pupils. Equally, if there are any musical parent helpers who wish to join in, they would also be most welcome.
Ideally, this is for pupils of Grade 2 standard / level and above.
We would be most grateful if at this point, to aid our planning, you could fill out this enquiry form, indicating which pupils and staff will be joining us, the instrument played and approximate standard, and any dietary requirements. The deadline for receipt of this form is Friday 24 November.
