On the evening of Monday 27 January we welcomed twenty inspirational women in industry to speak to our Year 10 to Sixth Form girls about their journeys of how they got to where they are in their careers today and  to answer any questions from the group. Women from a range of industries were in attendance including:

• Law
• Executive coaching
• Finance
• Royal Navy
• Security
• Psychology
• Marketing/Communications
• HR 
• Veterinary

The event was in a speed networking style format where girls were put into small groups and had four minute slots to speak to as many delegates they could get round in an hour. The evening finished with the opportunity to revisit conversations or speak to those they missed. Thank you to all of the women who gave up their evenings to speak with our girls. We hope everyone who came found it insightful and engaging! We are looking forward to our next Charlotte Drake event in March.
